Shipping policy

We currently deliver to the Brisbane and Ipswich areas ONLY, and pick-up is available by appointment (located in Brisbane's Western suburbs).

Plants with Pizazz also deliver to hospitals in the Brisbane and Ipswich area. Upon purchasing, send us a message detailing the hospital, patient & date details.

A great deal of care is taken when delivering our bouquets so if your items arrive in a damaged condition, kindly contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
