Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please contact with us within 7 days, and we'll initiate a refund for your purchase. To complete the refund process, the products must be returned at the buyer's expense. It's important to note that Plants with Pizazz will not issue refunds for live plants that have perished due to lack of customer care.

Care instructions are provided with every product to maximise the life and longevity of each of Plants with Pizazz's Bouquet.
